These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Next Tech LLC ("Dolores," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to your access to and use of: (1) the website at meetdolores.ai; and (2) the services, products, and features accessible via the Website, including the AI-powered customer support platform, chat widget, phone support, and APIs (together, the "Services").
IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO ANY PAID FEATURE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS YOU CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 BELOW.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN SECTION 12 AND A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 13.
(a) Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
(b) Authorization. If you register on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on that entity's behalf.
(c) Use Restrictions. Free accounts may only be used for evaluation. Paid subscription accounts may be used for commercial purposes.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your credentials. You must maintain account security and notify us of unauthorized access.

(a) Inputs and Outputs. You may upload data as input ("Input"). Your AI agent may produce responses ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content."
(b) Rights. You retain all rights in your Content. Next Tech LLC does not claim ownership.
(c) License. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your Content solely to provide the Services for your account. We will not use your Content to train AI models for other customers.
(d) Necessary Rights. You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process all data you provide.
(e) No Protected Health Information. Not without a Business Associate Agreement.
(f) Content Moderation. We reserve the right to review or remove Content that violates law or these Terms.
(g) Data Deletion. Request deletion at support@meetdolores.ai.
You agree not to:
You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for monitoring your AI agent's performance and any commitments made through it. Next Tech LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
(a) Subscriptions. Will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
(b) Usage-Based Charges. Phone minutes and other metered usage are billed in addition to subscription fees.
(c) Payment. You agree to pay all charges incurred, including taxes.
(d) Price Changes. We may change prices with notice. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
(e) Refunds. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Services, including software, design, logos, and content, are owned by Next Tech LLC or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
The Services rely on third-party providers including cloud infrastructure, AI models, and telephony. These services are beyond our direct control.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NEXT TECH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT TECH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (i) $100 USD; AND (ii) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
(a) Informal Resolution. Contact us first at support@meetdolores.ai to resolve informally for at least 30 days.
(b) Binding Arbitration. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in California.
(c) Class Action Waiver. CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS.
(d) Jury Trial Waiver. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
(e) Opt-Out. Within 30 days of accepting these Terms, by sending written notice with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".
You will indemnify and hold harmless Next Tech LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
